As your Superintendent, I’ll put my more than 25 years of experience as an educator and elected official to work for you, to ensure all 18 of our school districts are improving performance and managing resources transparently and wisely.

I’ll fight for funding from Sacramento and Washington DC to support our schools.

And I’ll give our teachers and staff the support they need so they can provide a 21st Century education to every child in Alameda County."
